The holidays are fast approaching and Tuscaloosa’s One Place is working to make this season a little brighter with Tinsel Trail! Tinsel Trail is a display of 170 live Christmas trees that will light up our city’s Riverwalk. Intended to attract visitors to Tuscaloosa and complement Holidays on the River, each tree will be sponsored and decorated by a local business, organization, group or individual. Tinsel Trail has two locations the Tuscaloosa River Market and the Amphitheater. Both tree locations are joined by our newest addition, Candy Cane Lane, a display of 50+ large candy canes that connect tree displays. Tinsel Trail is a free event for everyone to enjoy! Tinsel Trail will open Monday, November 19, 2018 and trees will be lit from 5:00pm-12:00pm each day until the close on January 14, 2019. Additional Tinsel Trail events include Pet Night on December 2, 2018 and Sunday with Santa on December 9, 2018. Visit ttowntinsel.com for more information.
