ReUnited: Keeping
Retirees Connected
The United Way of West Alabama's ReUnited Group helps create meaningful opportunities for West Alabama's retirees and community volunteers to connect with one another and share their life experiences and talents in ways to serve the community through mentoring, social networking, philanthropic, and volunteer opportunities.
Volunteer opportunities are offered throughout the year at food banks, soup kitchens, community fairs and more. ReUnited also adopts a Day of Action project.
It's not all hard work! We get together for coffee, lunch and cocktails on occasion.
We often partner with FOCUS 50+ for events that keep you moving and healthy like line dancing and pickleball classes.

What We Do
From volunteering to socializing to staying active, ReUnited offers something meaningful for everyone.

Volunteer opportunities are offered throughout the year at food banks, soup kitchens, community fairs, and more. ReUnited also adopts a Day of Action project each year to make a big impact together.
It's not all hard work! We get together for coffee, lunch, and cocktails on occasion. Building real friendships and community connections is at the heart of what ReUnited is all about.

We often partner with FOCUS 50+ for events that keep you moving and healthy — from line dancing to pickleball classes and beyond. Staying active is better together.
